We’ve paid special attention to Bluetooth reception quality on our ONear 500 earphones, so that you never experience any loss of sound, however minimal. Once manufactured, each product is tested in a special room designed to check its Bluetooth performance. If you ever experience a tiny micro-cut, make sure that nothing is disturbing your Bluetooth signal near your phone. Some telephone cases can obstruct the signal. If you carry your phone in your pocket, try turning the screen outwards as opposed to towards your body.

If the problem persists despite these precautions, we suggest carrying the phone in an armband worn on your left arm. The Bluetooth antenna is located on the left earphone.
