- Plug your device into your computer.
- Press the Power button (bottom right), Lap button (Right) & Backlight button (Left) to initiate a forced update.
- Launch Geonaute Software, go to the Equipment tab, then my Appliances.
- Select your product and follow the update procedure. Your product will then be reset.
Please note: This procedure will unblock your product but will also erase your settings and sessions.
