What should I do if my screen freezes?
  1. Plug your device into your computer.

  2. Press the Power button (bottom right), Lap button (Right) & Backlight button (Left) to initiate a forced update.


  3. Launch Geonaute Software, go to the Equipment tab, then my Appliances.

  4. Select your product and follow the update procedure. Your product will then be reset.

Please note: This procedure will unblock your product but will also erase your settings and sessions.
