After downloading the DECATHLON COACH app and creating an account, you click the menu (vertical bars at the top left of your screen), and select COACHING.
Once in the COACHING section, you will find two zones:
- Training programmes (PROGRAMMES)
- Advice relating to the objective you have chosen (ADVICE).
Select the category here, based on your goal:
- Start or resume running
- Stay fit and/or lose weight
- Prepare for a race: 10 km, Half-Marathon, Marathon, trail etc...
- Boost your performance
Here, you’ll also find unique, guided sessions to punctuate your programme when you want to have a "free" session (endurance sessions/split sessions)
Within the category you’ll find all the relevant programmes.
When you select a programme, a brief description of the programme is provided, describing the different stages.
Then you’re off! You specify a start date, as well as the training days you want (you can always change your training days later): your training is then programmed in, and you can start!
Specify the session you’re going to perform, and a brief description of the session is provided, along with advice specific to this session, then BEGIN!
Connect your product if you have one and let yourself be guided by the voice feedback: your coach is with you throughout the session.
