WATCHES
The watch automatically measures walking and running activities using an accelerometer.
It detects the type of movement linked to walking and running and will only measure these two sports.
To ensure measurements are as accurate as possible, you must have a normal stride, i.e. with your arms swinging by your sides. Other movements are not counted (for example: watch not worn on the wrist, etc.). It is normal for steps not to be counted when you are looking at your watch with your wrist facing you.
Accuracy depends on the type of ground and the gradient.
For better accuracy on an activity, pair your watch with your smartphone.
