I don't seem to be able to transfer my data to Decathlon Coach account.

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the ONconnect software.
2. Once you've plugged your watch into your computer, check to see that the device is recognized on your desktop.

 

Otherwise:
2.1 Check the metal contacts at the back of your watch for signs of corrosion. If they are corroded, clean them with alcohol or vinegar and a cotton swab. Also check that the clip is correctly positioned on your watch.

2.2 Reinstall product drivers.

2.2.1 On your computer, go to the Control Panel, System tab, then open the Device Manager.

2.2.2 Open the disk drive tab and right click on "STM STR Flash Disk USB Device," corresponding to your device and select Uninstall. Your device will no longer be recognised.

2.2.3 Unplug and then plug in your device, the drivers will automatically reinstall and you will see the following pop-up window.

2.2.4 Check that the product has been recognized in the Device Manager as well as the Desktop.
