How many points per second (sampling rate) can my watch record?
Your GPS watch's sampling rate range varies from between 1 point every second to 1 point every 5 seconds. . The lower the sampling rate, the greater the storage capacity. However, route mapping will be less accurate. You can adjust the frequency setting in the "Library/Product Memory" menu. The default setting is 2 seconds.
