You should:

1. Perform a forced reboot of your product by pressing for 20 seconds on the Play/Pause button at the top right of the product.

2. Download the latest version of onConnect (this bug has been fixed since version 3.79b):
- ONconnect for Windows
- ONconnect for Mac OS
