Your ONdaily definitely needs an update.

1. Download the latest version of the ONconnect software by clicking on the link below.
   - Download ONconnect for Macs
   - Download ONconnect for Windows
   
   
2. Connect your ONdaily to your computer, launch the ONconnect software then unplug your product. The LED lights will come on to show that the update is complete.
