I am unable to transfer the data from my Keymaze 500 GPS to Geonaute Software. What should I do?

1. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Geonaute Software.

2. if the problem persists, manually reinstall the product drivers:

2.1 On your computer, go to the Control Panel, System tab and then open the Device Manager.


2.2 Open the Ports (COM & LPT) tab& right click on the ""Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port"" corresponding to your product. Select Uninstall. Your product is no longer recognised.


2.3 Disconnect and reconnect your Keymaze 500 GPS watch, the drivers will automatically be reinstalled with the display of the following pop-up:


2.4 Check that the product has actually been recognised in the Device Manager.
