We’ve developed the statistics page to let you both:
- Monitor your distance graphs, practice times and calories burnt
- Analyse your progress and your consistency from month to month
Monitoring your graphs
Above all the graphs are there to motivate you and make you proud. You will see, after a few months that the figures start to become significant, even if you are only practising occasionally. By default you see your graphs from your registration, but you can choose to see them for each of your sporting years on myGeonaute.
Analysing your progress and your consistency
The progress graph lets you see the development of a parameter throughout each month of the year. By default, the graph displays the distance that you’ve covered each month of the year in all your sports. You can choose other parameters:
- average seed
- session length
- number of calories burned
- number of ON points earned
- total ascending height difference
- total descending height difference
You can also choose to only see these statistics for a selection of sports. For this, untick the sports that you don’t want to see.
To see the detail of your distance covered (or of another parameter) for each month of the year, go over the point of the graph corresponding to the month in question. A box appears with the value that you are interested in.
Compare your statistics year on year
On the graph you can decide to superimpose the graphs of your different sporting years on myGeonaute. It’s a very efficient method to see if you are more and more consistent from year to year.
The summary table located below lets you quickly see your totals for each year. We are currently developing it so that the sports filters selected for the graph feedback into the table. Therefore you will be able to separate your cycling total distance and your running total distance for example.
